Refund Policy for Excalibre Troop Hire

Welcome to Excalibre! We value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and satisfactory experience for both ex-servicemen and employers. Our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed. Please read the policy carefully.

 

1. General Terms

 

1.1 Eligibility:

 

Refunds are available for specific services as detailed below and are subject to meeting the conditions outlined in this policy.

Requests for refunds must be submitted within the specified time frames mentioned in the respective sections.

 

1.2 Non-refundable Items:

 

Any promotional or discounted packages.

Services rendered and completed as agreed upon (e.g., job placements, resume reviews).

Subscription fees already utilized.

 

2. Refund Policy for Ex-Servicemen

 

2.1 Registration Fees:

 

If an ex-serviceman registers but decides to withdraw their registration within 2 days of payment and has not availed of any service, they are eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will not be processed if services (e.g., resume reviews, job application services) have been availed during this period.

 

2.2 Premium Services:

 

Refunds for premium services (such as resume building, and personalized job alerts, dedicated manager) are available if the service is canceled within 5 days and has not been fully utilized.

If the service is partially used, then no refund is permitted in such case.  

 

3. Refund Policy for Employers

 

3.1 Subscription Fees:

 

Employers can request a refund for subscription fees if they cancel their subscription within 2 days of payment and have not utilized any of the services.

If any part of the subscription has been used (e.g., posting jobs, accessing candidate resumes), no refund will be allowed in such case   

 

3.2 Job Posting Fees:

 

Refunds for job postings are available if the job posting is canceled within 2 days and no applications have been received against it.

If applications have been received, no refund will be issued as the service is considered utilized.

 

3.3 Bulk Services or Custom Packages:

 

Refunds for bulk services or custom packages will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the extent of services used.

Generally, unused services in bulk packages may qualify for a refund or credit towards future use.

 

4. How to Request a Refund

 

4.1 Request Submission:

 

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@excalibre.in

Include your name, contact details, payment details, and a brief explanation for the refund request.

 

4.2 Processing Time and Fees-

 

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 15 business days from the date of request.

Approved refunds will be sent to the account mentioned in the refund request form.

A minimum of INR 500 will be deducted mandatorily in case of refund payment.

 

4.3 Dispute Resolution:

 

If you are not satisfied with the refund decision, you may escalate your request to our support team for further review.

 

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

 

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Please review this policy periodically for any updates.
