Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
2. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
3. Make beds, change linens, and ensure rooms are well-presented.
4. Empty and dispose of trash in accordance with established procedures.
5. Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
6. Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
7. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure consistent cleanliness.
8. Adhere to health and safety standards during cleaning procedures.
9. Assist in periodic deep cleaning projects as directed.
10. Uphold a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with residents or guests.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
2. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals.
3. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
4. Attention to detail and thoroughness in performing tasks.
5. Strong time-management skills to complete assignments efficiently.
6. Physical stamina and ability to lift/move moderate loads.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Understanding of health and safety guidelines related to cleaning.
9. Flexibility to work weekends or evenings, if required.
