Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  2. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  4. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  5. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  6. Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  7. Coordinate performance management processes, including evaluations and goal-setting.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  9. Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in human resources roles, with a focus on employee relations.
  3. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  6. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
  7. Experience in designing and delivering training programs is a plus.
  8. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  9. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound HR decisions.
  10. Positive attitude, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
